Rated 2 out of 5 by Refanie from Ok I purchased this a few weeks ago, mainly because of the extra wide slots for hot cross buns, crumpets etc Honestly quite dissappinted considering the price, ive always wanted to have kitchen aid appliances but this has been quite a letdown. Takes ages to toast, doesnt toast evenly, and bread doesnt stay hot for long. Emailed customer service to see if product was faulty or if i was doing anything wrong, got a responce with the manual attatched which id already read and no offer of help, still waiting on further replys.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Asarge from Absolutely amazing I have never had a toaster like this, I’ll recommend this to everyone I know, my last toaster did not toast both sides evenly this does, the digital display is amazing, the wide slots, the way it beeps to tell you it’s done, the toast is toasted so well, I can defrost my frozen bread while toasting, keep warm, just love everything about it - and the colour 🥰

We are a retired couple who like the odd slice of toast & just love the pistachio colour & the great slow motion pop up feature ❤️ I personally only eat 1 slice, so sometime in the future it would be amazing if you developed an even smaller unit which held only 1 slice at a time.

It doesn't toast any better than my old cheap toaster , cooks more on the inside so doesn't toast evenly , sometimes cooks ok , then sometimes doesn't cook properly and have to cook again.

It beeps when you put the toast down, in case you hadn't noticed you'd put it down, and it beeps when it's done, in case you're too careless to notice it's waiting for you. So, so unnecessary.
