It looks and feels brand new and works so very well! First I made traditional pretzels that need a lot of kneading, which is hard to do by hand. Not only does my KSM160 speed up the process, it also kneads a much more elastic and smooth yeast dough that’s fantastic to work with. Next up I made a smooth German style meatloaf. The kneading hook worked through my batch of minced meat very well! There‘s nothing it doesn‘t seem to do. Think pizza dough: amazing results! An „industrial“ amount of pancake batter for a large family gathering: a breeze to whip up! Now I can‘t stop using my stand mixer, I love it that much.
