I’ve been kneeling dough, whipping cream, and mixing by hand but this machine does it all. It’s my favourite colour and it has more than enough tools to get any job done. It feels sturdy like it’ll be the last man standing in the apocalypse. It’s also so much quieter than I expected, easy to clean (and keep clean) and so easy to use. The only downsides are, they're expensive and it’s too heavy for me to lift. Good incentive to go to the gym, because it’s worth it being a very sturdy and not knock around when kneading tough dough.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Mixer-less from Never getting the order so… Really hard to say what I think of a product that KitchenAid hasn’t sent me. It’s been two and a half weeks since I ordered and I found out four days ago that I’m not getting it because of a “stock error” (why they were selling stock that wasn’t in the country I don’t know) and now they send me an email prompting a review? What a joke. Never buy direct in NZ, you might not get what you ordered, and unless you push and push for an answer they might not even tell you you’re not getting it

Rated 3 out of 5 by Ash22 from It's okay.. This is my second one. The first mixer broke after 5 months of only using it once a week. Which is okay, things break. But my main disappointment was how hard it was to contact kitchenaid. I emailed a video of the issue to customer support and after 2 weeks of waiting, I thought ok I obviously have to ring them (hard with 2 kids under 2 at home). So I ring as soon as they open on a Monday morning. I'm immediately on hold for 1 hr, which I had to just abandon because it had to parent. I eventually returned my unit back to Briscoes for a full refund and then purchased a second mixer independent of the warranty and returns system through kitchenaid itself. It's not been 4 months since all of that and I never did get a reply to the emails (I ended up sending another email incase the first one was somehow missed).

Rated 5 out of 5 by Natalia from Indestructable This thing will outlive me. Super powerful motor and you can really see the difference while whipping buttercream/meringue. The rubber scraping addition on paddle attachment scrapes the bottom of the bowl. I am very happy with it so far and I really think it’s worth every penny. I am a professional baker and I would highly reccomend it for any commercial and domestic baking. All attachments are made of high grade metal and won’t disintegrate after few uses.

I’ve used the scraper the most and am really happy. Sometimes it doesn’t quite collect all the bits at the top of the bowl. Definitely need to use the 4.8l size bowl with the guard on it to stop splatter. Overall happy for a small scale home baker. Has the high class quality feel of a well built product :)

I love to bake and it's so easy to multitask and add as you're going. I did notice that some of the ingredients, especially when the bowl isn't very full will stick to the sides, and there's a bit right around the bottom that doesn't mix in very well - need to scrape this in and give it another mix at the end just in case.

Was worried Feathered Pink might be tricky to keep clean, but is actually very easy to clean. Great it comes with two bowl sizes and all the main attachments. Did have to adjust the height, but it was simple to do, lots of online videos. So happy got the bread bowl too!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Belinda from Fun and functional I bought this kitchenaid mixer a month ago and although I’ve only used it once, I love it. The colour is gorgeous and it’s not too loud. It beat my egg whites to perfection. The only thing I would say is that I get mixed up between the lift lever and the speed lever, if they looked more different or were in more different places this probably wouldn’t happen.
