I was keen to spend a lot more than I usually would with the plan that it would last me a long time. Unfortunately I’ve had issues with it twice. Once within the one year warranty and just recently. As it’s not under warranty I asked to get the spare part to replace it as the whole point was not to buy something I was eventually going to need to throw out. I have been told there’s now limited spare parts and unfortunately there’s no part for the part broken on my hand blender. Hugely disappointed. So I’ll be throwing this out and just getting something cheap. Would not recommend.

It’s just so convenient for quickly getting out and using it for small tasks then putting away. No messing around with long cords that get tangled up and around things. Easy to quickly whizz in the washing up liquid to clean too. Box it comes in is great to keep as a storage box to tidy all the accessories. Love it so much. Wish I didn’t have a corded food processor now!

I wanted the bigger model with the case but it was out of stock. The design is great - and I love the safety features on turning it on. Going cordless is amazing! I can now make smooth spicy guacamole again! Love it. Only way to improve it would be to have a case come with it to store the bits. Now I want to update my hand mixer to the black cordless one LOL.

As I often use my stick blender when making soup it is great not having to worry about a cable getting in the way on the hob. It is going to take a bit of time to get used to using the controls as I've previously been used to dialing in the power and pressing the button. The palm control is different to what I'm familiar with but I'm sure I'll get used to it.

I make pesto, soups, hollandaise sauce, cocktails...you name it. Since Christmas 2022, I've only charged it like 5 times. I will be adding a hand mixer to my kitchen this Christmas.

So much easier when blending up a soup pot - there’s no cord to juggle or the pot height to be concerned about. The little bowl helped to make short work of chickpeas for hummus. I’m looking forward to so many more uses!

However I don't understand the 25 bowls of soup to measure the power, is prefer X minutes at full power - sorry consumers I haven't run it flat during the minimal use I have given it.

It doesn't last long and event worse if you are blending something hard like frozen fruits. Sometimes I have to recharge for each use. For an almost $250 product, I expected much more than this.
