Ingredients
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 2 cups blueberries, divided
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ cup granola
Method
- Place yogurt, one cup blueberries, maple syrup and lemon juice in Food Chopper Work Bowl. Set to Chop and Pulse ingredients 8-10 times until blueberries are finally chopped but not pureed.
- Spoon alternating layers of yogurt mixture and fresh blueberries into four parfait glasses.

Top with your favourite granola
Chef’s Tip: Garnish each parfait with lemon zest, vanilla wafer and a sprig of fresh mint.
