  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 2 cups blueberries, divided
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ cup granola


  1. Place yogurt, one cup blueberries, maple syrup and lemon juice in KitchenAid® 3.5 Cup Food Chopper Work Bowl. Set to Chop and Pulse ingredients 8-10 times until blueberries are finally chopped but not pureed.
  2. Spoon alternating layers of yogurt mixture and fresh blueberries into four parfait glasses.
  3. Top with your favourite granola

Chef’s Tip: Garnish each parfait with lemon zest, vanilla wafer and a sprig of fresh mint.
