Chinese New Year is one of our favourite calendar occasions for one very good reason - the food! While eating Chinese food out is great, there’s nothing more satisfying that re-creating your favourite dishes at home for family and friends. As the Chinese culture is very family focused, Chinese New Years Eve is typically celebrated with dinner at home.
