Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 3/4 cup water
- Food colouring of your choice
- 3-4 cups corn starch
Method:
- Mix the chia seeds, water and food colouring together
- Cover and place in the fridge overnight
- Pour mixture into the stand mixer bowl and add corn starch gradually whilst mixing on speed 1 with the flat beater until you achieve your desired sliminess
