What inspired you to create your 'flavours of the world' dish?
When I was asked to be part of the Flavours of the World piece I wanted to do something fun and have a bit of a play. Our donuts at Butter have a cult following for their simplistic elegance, I wanted to not go over the top but still be creative and pay homage to America.
Go-to meal after a long day at work?
LP’s Quality Meats Mortadella, tomato sauce and Provolone cheese toasty (cooked in a pan buttered outside cheese inside)
What's your favourite dish to whip up for loved ones?
The next morning, Silky fluffy scrambled eggs, roasted butter (lots of butter) and garlic mushrooms with a fresh toasted croissant.
What’s your guilty pleasure?
Mc Donalds. Maccas French fries inside my burger!

Oooo definitely Sicily, sun drenched lazy days, food, wine, siestas and beaches. Please take me now.
