Ingredients
6 ice cubes
1 tbs lemon juice
2 large green apples, cut into quarters
1kg watermelon, rind & seeds removed, flesh roughly chopped
1 x 4cm piece ginger, peeled & roughly chopped
5g (ΒΌ cup) mint leaves
Method
Place the ice into the blender jug and cover. Select ice-crushing and process until the ice is roughly chopped.
Add the lemon juice and half of the apples, cover and select speed 5 (Liquify) then process for about 5 seconds.
Add the remaining apples and watermelon, process again for 10 seconds. Add the ginger and mint and process for 5 seconds.
Serve immediately.
Tips
- Place the serving glasses into the freezer for an icy cold slushie.
