According to my husband who is quite handy in electrical stuff, the faulty part was the base that didn’t generate power to heat up lucky enough I’ve registered the product then once I managed to get in touch with the staff, soon enough they provided me a replacement that until now is working perfect. Although I have small feature bonds and they way it’s designed is not quite comfortable grip to me, but in general I love the idea of being able to preserve the temperature (hold the temperature). I think it’s great!

It’s like going from driving a barina to driving a land rover. It’s the way it was always meant to be! I love this kettle so much. Digital display and keep warm function. Sleek finish. I love the wide space in between the kettle and the handle. Buy it. You won’t regret it….my husband asked how it was when he got home and I said just try it and tell me what you think…. He is now looking for the matching toaster.

I like that it lights up with a blue light when operating. It boils water quickly. The one and only problem I have is the button to open the jug is a little sensitive; you have to push it in just the right way or it doesn't work. This doesn't put me off the jug and I would still highly recommend it.

The temperature changing settings let me make a coffee that I can drink straight away without engulfing my mouth with boiling water, and make the perfect temperature formula for my daughter which ensures that I can feed her as soon as I can without waiting for the bottle to cool down for 20 minutes. Love it!

This kettle is the first one we bought from KitchenAid on line and it arrived promptly, much quicker than expected and well before her birthday. She loves the kettle, and has been singing its temperature control praises for filling a hot water bottle.

Not only does this kettle boil water super quickly but it also keeps it warm for ages if you want to make a second pass. It is also very useful to be shown the temperature and to be able to set it! My husband also loves the exciting blue lighting…

I love that I can see the temperature of the water so I can stop it when it’s hot enough for my herbal tea, and my daughter needs to sterilise her visaline (teeth aligner) and can achieve the correct temperature without having to add cold water to boiled water. The kettle is light, quiet and fast. Best kettle ever and I highly recommend it.

The beeping sound when its finished is also a great feature. I also wanted a colour coordinated kitchen :) i just hope that at toaster in white will also be available :)
