I was keen to spend a lot more than I usually would with the plan that it would last me a long time. Unfortunately I’ve had issues with it twice. Once within the one year warranty and just recently. As it’s not under warranty I asked to get the spare part to replace it as the whole point was not to buy something I was eventually going to need to throw out. I have been told there’s now limited spare parts and unfortunately there’s no part for the part broken on my hand blender. Hugely disappointed. So I’ll be throwing this out and just getting something cheap. Would not recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Milly L from LOVE my new blender stick! :-) My partner fried my old one (non kitchenaid) and it took me a while to replace this. I love that it is cordless. I wanted the bigger model with the case but it was out of stock. The design is great - and I love the safety features on turning it on. Going cordless is amazing! I can now make smooth spicy guacamole again! Love it. Only way to improve it would be to have a case come with it to store the bits. Now I want to update my hand mixer to the black cordless one LOL.

As I often use my stick blender when making soup it is great not having to worry about a cable getting in the way on the hob. It is going to take a bit of time to get used to using the controls as I've previously been used to dialing in the power and pressing the button. The palm control is different to what I'm familiar with but I'm sure I'll get used to it.

So much easier when blending up a soup pot - there’s no cord to juggle or the pot height to be concerned about. The little bowl helped to make short work of chickpeas for hummus. I’m looking forward to so many more uses!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jeannie from Anything Cordless is a Bonus I have not bothered with a hand blender for about 15 years as in a busy kitchen being tied to power points was a real hassle. This takes that problem away completely. I have not tried the attachments yet but look forward to doing so.
