For decades I have made do with another brands hand mixer. And to be fair I did quite well with it. But my KitchenAid Artisan stand mixer has simply made life in the kitchen so much easier. Not having to continually hold a hand mixer has meant that my time is better managed whilst baking. Certainly making my time in the kitchen a lot more enjoyable. Of course no one could deny that a KitchenAid is a style icon and certainly an aspirational product. It simply just looks great on the bench. But it is not all about the looks with KitchenAid. The quality of the build is obvious. It has a reassuring solidity and does every thing it says it will with ease. It is also pleasantly quieter than my old hand mixer. So, if like me you have always wanted but never quite got around to having your own KitchenAid don’t delay. I should have had mine decades ago.
