Spaghetti Carbonara

We invited Italian Chef and Restauranteur Alessandro Pavoni to share one of his favourite dishes with us. Executive Chef at Sydney restaurants Ormeggio at The Spit and Chiosco by Ormeggio, Alessandro knows a thing or two about authentic Italian cooking! He whipped up a creamy spaghetti carbonara using his KitchenAid stand mixer and we're still thinking about it, delicious!

Bomboloni e crema

An aficionado of Italian cuisine, David Lovett spent a length of time in Italy and was previously Head Chef at top Italian restaurant, Uccello. Now Head Chef at Ethel Food Store, David has shared with us his recipe for decadent bomboloni e crema. Created using his KitchenAid stand mixer, these Italian style doughnuts are so moreish you won't be able to try just one!

The best part about it is you can jazz up Butter Sydney's Hot Famous Cinnamon Donuts or any of your own favourite ones.

Looking for something to wash it down with? Try a hennesey and chocolate boozy milkshake. It's everything you want in a milkshake - chocolate-y, creamy and thick with a dash of French cognac. It's a match made in heaven with his s'more' donut!

BUTTER'S FAMOUS CINNAMON DONUT S’MORE RECIPE

Watch Julian turn Butter's Sydney's famous cinnamon donuts into an American inspired chocolate and biscuit crumb meringue s'more using the stand mixer. Drool!

Chef Michael Rantissi owns and runs Sydney restaurants Kepos Street Kitchen and Kepos and Co. Since opening in 2012, Kepos Street Kitchen has received numerous acolades for its modern middle eastern dishes. Michael shared with us his recipe for middle eastern inspired pistachio and orange blossom cake with blood orange and mascarpone, bring on morning tea!

Our flavours of the world journey starts in Mexico for a feast of taco's, pulled beef and guacamole, washed down with a mouth-watering margarita. We stop by Italy next, with heavenly fresh pasta followed by creamy classic tiramisu. China calls and we feast on pork dumplings and our journey ends on a high in the US, with the ultimate comfort food recipe, mac 'n' cheese. Sounds like the perfect trip!
